北京普安科技有限公司成立于1996年6月6日，系北京市工商局注册登记，是一家集防爆工业监视系统器材技术开发、生产和销售为一体的专业性科技公司，是中国中轻产品质量信誉双保障示范单位和重点推广单位，属中国安全防范产品行业协会会员，在国内电视监控行业已享有较大的知名度。
公司位于北京市北方工业大学内，依托大学雄厚的科技力量，由该大学机电学院教授庄春昭为总工程师，公司现有员工一百余名，其中博士，教授十余人，80%是硕士以上学历，这是一批具有专业知识和高学历的强大的研发队伍。公司拥有先进的开发设备和和仪器、精密加工设备和检测设备，完善的工艺能力和制造体系，其中包括车床，铣床，镗床，压力检测仪等总计39台设备。
公司产品均由我公司自行研发，自行设计，自行生产的产品。不但具有技术优势，价格优势，而且有更完善的服务的优势。公司目前生产的产品系列主要有防爆云台，防爆护罩及特殊环境防护罩和防爆红外灯等，其中：防爆产品（包括E810、E813、E810d、E813d、E880、E880A、EXL00）均已获得国家防爆电气产品质量监督检验中心认证，符合GB3836.1-2000、GB3836.2-2000、GB3836.8-87、GB3836.9-90、GB3836.10-91国家标准。并已应用在我国石油、化工、军工、航天、航海、交通等领域；E700系列深水防护罩可长期用于水下80米电视监控，产品已应用于东海舰艇为监护；E900系列高温防护罩（包括E912、E913、E906），E912可耐受1371摄氏度高温，E913可耐受环境温度200摄氏度，已应用于冶金、发电、化工、建材等高温工作环境；E600系列化学耐腐蚀防护罩包括（E611、E613）有很强的耐酸碱等化学腐蚀性能；产品还有E212、E413、E113泊尔贴半导体冷暖空调防护罩，冷却效果好，更为重要的是不破坏密封性，可防止灰尘、湿气进入：自动控温、自动除霜、无形雨刷；产品还有E310最高级密封防护罩等；同时公司还生产红外灯包括L00、L00B系列，照射距离由10米到300米不等，共十几种型号，最近公司又推出矿用防爆摄像机及全不锈钢防爆云台与防爆红外一体化等产品。

Beijing Puan Science & Technology Co. Ltd was established on June 6th, 1996. Registered in Beijing Industry and Commerce Administration, it is a professional scientific company that integrates R&D, production, and sales of explosion-proof industrial monitoring system equipments and techniques. It is also a quality and prestige double guarantee demonstration and mainly-promoted company. As a member of China Security & Protection Industry Association, it has obtained a good reputation among national TV monitoring producers.
Because of the fact that headquarter is at the campus of North China University of Technology, it relies on the strong scientific academic force of the university. Professor Zhuang Chunzhao from the School of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering of North China University of Technology is the Chief Engineer of the company. Currently, there are altogether 47 staff among which there are one doctoral degree holder, three professors and a team of excellent R&D staff with professional knowledge and high degree. The company also features advanced development devices and equipment, precision processing devices and test devices, as well as complete techniques and producing system including lathes, milling machines, boring lathes, and pressure test devices that amount to 39.
All products are self-R&D, self-designed, and self-produced by our company with advantageous techniques, competitive prices, and all-round service. Currently, major products of our company include explosion-proof abervatory, explosion-proof shield, explosion-proof shield for special environment, and explosion-proof infrared illuminators etc. All explosion-proof products (including E810、E813、E810d、E813d、E880、E880A、EXL00) obtained certificates from China National Quality and Test Centre for Explosion Protected Electrical Products, complied with national standards of GB3836.1-2000、GB3836.2-2000、GB3836.8-87、GB3836.9-90、GB3836.10-91, and have been already applied in areas such as oil, chemical industry, military industry, aerospace, navigation and transportation etc in China. E700 series of deep-water shield could be used in long-term under-water monitoring of below 80 meters, and it has been applied in East Ocean naval ship monitoring. Among E900 series of high temperature shield (including E912、E913、E906), E913 could endure high temperature of 200 degree, and has been used in such high temperature working environments as metallurgy, electricity production, chemical industry and construction etc. E600 series of chemical corrosion shield (including E611、E613) is strongly resistant of acid, alkali and chemical corrosion. Other products such as E212、E413、E113 semiconductor automatic air conditioner are equipped with excellent cooling effect without disturbing airproof performance to prevent the inlet of dust and wet air. It has automatic temperature controlling, defrosting and invisible water brush, and also the best airproof shield of E310.Besides, we also produce series of IR Light (including L00、L00B) with lighting distance from 10 meters to 300 meters. Recently, we launched some new products such as explosion-proof camera for mining sites, products integrating all stainless steel explosion-proof abervatory with explosion-proof IR.
